How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week .
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, UK between 24-72 hours after dispatch. Europe delivery 72 -168hours after dispatch
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of PINOY SUPERMARKET. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.
Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of PINOY SUPERMARKET or the carrier.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, from our website we only ships to addresses within UK (Due to Brexit we temporary stop shipping Following EU member states France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Luxembourg)

What are your delivery charges?
FREE DELIVERY for orders above £60.00 within UK.
Charges vary according to weight and delivery state.
Final charge will be available upon check out.
How do I track my orders?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number, notifying you that orders have been shipped. If you have further queries, please contact us at email@example.com
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.
*Please note that one or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, the rest of your order will be on its way and you will be refunded for the cost of the out of stock item(s) minus any applicable discount codes used on the order. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear.*
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in the listed countries.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive a confirmation email containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa. You can also via PayPal account and Apple Pay. Please note that all payments are charged in Sterling Pounds. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit
What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your transaction reference number. Our customer service is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5.30pm (UK time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.

Please present your order number upon collection.
* Note: If you place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday, it will be ready for collection the following day (12pm to 4pm). Friday, Saturday and Sunday order will be ready for collection on Monday.
